Shipping Policy

To preserve the freshness of our handcrafted, perishable dessert dips, The Cookie Dip Company ships orders Monday through Thursday only.

 

• Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on the next business day (Monday).
• Ground shipping is available for West Coast orders only.
• If a Ground Shipping order is placed on a Thursday and the transit time exceeds 2 business days, it will be held and shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
• All other U.S. regions must select 2-Day or Next Day Air at checkout to ensure timely and safe delivery.

We do not ship on federal holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, tracking information will be emailed to you.
